When booking a visit or contacting an agent through Bayti:

You agree to provide valid contact information.
You consent to receiving transactional emails or messages related to your request.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or misuse may result in booking restrictions.

Bayti is not a party to final transactions between users, agents, or property owners unless explicitly stated.

5. Fees and Payments
